Onions (white
uncooked) Relish (regular green) Hot Dog (Maple Leaf) Cheese (American white) Mustard (regular yellow) Celery Salt (liberal amounts) |
1. Cut dog thinly & diagonally around the entire length. Cut a 1/4" crease down one side. Put on grill & apply celery salt on hot dog (all sides). | The first thing you
taste is the mustard, and then the cheese fusion, as you bite through the
dog the relish and onions hit last. Celery salt is all around. Quite Good! |
2. Turn hot dog occasionally on grill during grilling. Apply more celery salt. | ||
3. After cheese is applied cover with skillet or other suitable pan to complete the cheese fusion process. | ||
4. Toast the bun in a pan with butter on each side. | ||
5. Assemble the Rob Dog in the
following order. Onions , Green Relish , The Hot Dog, Yellow Mustard |
